In most cases UK orders that are received Monday-Friday before 12pm are dispatched as standard on a next working day service provided by Parcelforce. We offer Free Express Delivery (98% arrive next day) on all mainland UK orders. There is no minimum spend so it's always free. On the rare occasion where your order is not delivered then it will arrive within 2 working days from the date it was placed.

Delivery FAQ's 

Q: I would like delivery outside of UK mainland.

A: If you live in the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands, there may be additional charges, these will be displayed at checkout. In the unlikely event that they are not please contact us to get an accurate shipping quote.

Q: Am I able to select a delivery time?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot specify a delivery time, but you will receive an email with tracking information and a text message on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery window.

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?

A: If you would like to have an item delivered outside the UK please opt to purchase form the relevant country site. You can see our list of sites by country here.

Q: What if my items were damaged when I received them?

A: Before accepting and signing for the delivery, customers should check the items and if any damage is suspected ensure that you indicate this when the delivery is signed for. Customers that have received damaged items should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and should provide photographs as evidence. All evidence and information regarding damage should be sent to customerservices@amistryltd.com

 

Customs Duties & Taxes Disclaimer

When sending goods across international borders, goods maybe subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.

For customers purchasing from our website for delivery internationally (outside the UK and EU) please be aware that the customs charges for products bought may be levied by your local government. 

You’ll be contacted by your local courier or postal service company explaining how to pay any duties and taxes for dealing with customs. 

As duties and tax charges are not assessed until the shipment enters the destination country, therefore we cannot be held responsible for these additional charges as they are directly attributable to you as the importer of the goods.

 

Dispatch Times

In most cases UK orders that are received Monday-Friday before 12pm are dispatched as standard on a next working day service provided by Parcelforce. Order received on weekends or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day. All orders are subject to stock availability and cleared funds. We will endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated dispatch dates if any delays do occur.

 

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, standard orders are usually delivered within 1 working day of the despatch date. Any orders that do not arrive within 1 working day will arrive within 2 working days.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day. We cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail or nominated courier outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service.

 

Return Of Faulty Goods

We hope you will enjoy our products but if you are not entirely satisfied or in the unlikely event that the product is faulty please contact us immediately or within 30 days of receipt of goods. You can contact us at the following address: customerservices@amistryltd.com

We will do our best to resolve any situation by either replacing the product or refunding the cost of the product. We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances.

If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. Postage is at customer cost and it is recommended a proof of postage certificate is obtained.

No refunds will be made for items returned, but not received by us if no proof of posting was obtained. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.

In the case of a cancellation only basic delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with statutory law (Consumer Contract Regulations), you may cancel your order at any time without reason, by returning the goods and/or giving us notice within 14 working days of delivery. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of batch of goods in a single order.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the goods.

Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
